- Check in times are from 4pm to 7pm - Please inform us in advance if you are to arrive earlier or later than these times. Rooms are to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
- Charlan is exclusively for adults only.
- Charlan is a bed and breakfast establishment and not self catering.
- Continental Breakfast is included in the room rate.
- Dinner is available upon request or you can stay on a half board basis, please enquire for details.
- Bath towels and pool towels are provided.
- Tea and coffee facilities available in the Queen Guest Room only.
- Bed linens, bathroom toiletries and hairdryer supplied.
- Iron and ironing board located on the top floor.
- Private car parking on the premises.
- Bikes can be stored overnight in our secure barn.
- Smoking is not allowed in the house or guest rooms (smoking is allowed on the terrace or surrounding grounds, ashtrays are provided)
- Pets are not allowed.
- Owner's have private accommodation from the guests. There is also a dog and cat on the premises (Cesc and Bebe). They are not allowed in the guest rooms.
- All prices are in Euros or Sterling and are per room per night.
- Payment to confirm booking: 30% non refundable deposit.
- Payment by Euro Cash or Cheque, Sterling Cheque, Sterling Cash or Sterling Bank Transfer. Sorry we do not accept Credit or Debit Cards.
- Directions to Charlan will be emailed to you with your booking confirmation.
